A 30 year Harvard Study, headed by Dr. Ying Bao, shows eating nuts every day can lower the death risk by 20%. More specifically, 29% decrease in risk of dying from heart disease and 11% decrease in risk of dying from cancer.
This study also showed people who ate nuts daily stayed slimmer. Nuts have now been elevated from a food known for it’s heart healthy properties, to a food source that not only boosts health but lowers the risk of dying sooner than later. It’s a win-win.
